About Us

My Story
My journey in Fitness began with a small spark and curiosity in trying to understand this body that I live in. All the changes that I saw in my body as a result of a better lifestyle only increased this curiosity, and this led me to switching my field of interest completely from a full time corporate career to becoming a Clinical and Sports Nutritionist, a Fitness trainer and a Yoga Instructor. This website was an idea created between me and a very dear friend of mine, Chetan Dhande, who, though not physically present with us today, had the same zeal if not more, to switch up his career and dedicate his capabilities in the field of health and fitness.

A few years down the line now, we have come a long way from not just understanding health in a narrow frame, but also recognizing that every body needs a unique combination of preventive and curative care to be able tp function optimally.

With this in mind, we have created a host of services over these years, that we hope can create a palpable impact on your lifestyle.
The Process
As stated by the WHO, health is a state of complete mental, physical and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Keeping all these aspects in mind, our services are geared towards providing a step by step assistance to cater to your unique needs to be able to achieve this healthy balance.
There are 3 primary ways in which we aim to work on them-
- Nutrition Counselling (Clinical and Sports Nutrition)
- Exercise Programming (resistance training and at home workouts)
- Yoga therapy (Hatha Yoga Asana Routine, Cleansing techniques and Pranayama)
