Malvika is such an amazing and dedicated yoga instructor. It feels great to start the day with her yoga sessions. The great combination of yoga flows combined with body awareness and breathing techniques helps me to be more focused and relaxed entire day. She is very attentive and modifies the exercises as per individual level and needs. Initially i was bit reluctant to join the yoga because i’m more into sports and gyms and thought i don’t really need yoga. My wife joined Malvika’s classes initially and encouraged me to try out few sessions along with her. I can’t thank her enough for that. I started my yoga journey with Malvika since 6 months . It’s going great and feels awesome to have a fresh start to the day. Seeing me for a couple of months my husband also decided to join the journey and we both are enjoying the classes. My husband plays tennis and he is noticing improvements in his tennis shots. I had known Malavika as a fitness professional for a couple of years. Her deep knowledge in nutrition as well as workouts is reflected very much in the other testimonials written by so many of her clients. Additionally, she had participated in an athletic competition and constantly works towards upgrading the knowledge base. These were some of the things I considered before reaching out to her for solutions on my health problems. We started off with the gradual lifestyle changes into the diet and workout plan. The diet and workout plan were prepared by accounting the availability of food sources and other prevailing conditions around me. Under Malavika's guidance, I have not only reduced my weight, but I have also made many improvements in terms of strength. The focus is always on the correct form and techniques. I see for myself that I can lift heavier than previously, my food choices have improved. They lean towards healthier options. I have managed to get my bad cholesterol levels down and improved the good cholesterol significantly. The other health issues too are resolved with adoption of this changed lifestyle. I can observe all these transformations over the period of just past 3 months. Conclusively, all I would say this is just the start for me and there is much more to be gained.
